He has worked across manufacturing, railways, telecom, solar energy, and IT — on the shop floor, in the office, and in the owner's chair. That is why he can see a business from the worker's side, the manager's side, and the owner's side — and explain the gap between them in simple Hindi-English.
He has built 600+ custom business systems in the last 3 years — for mushroom farms, spindle and steel bar manufacturers, paper traders, steel traders, import-export businesses, and the technology sector. Every single system was built only after he first understood how that business actually works.
